I've just began writing yesterday, no one other than me has seen this page, and yet I feel some companies already know about info leaks. I mean.........not really leaks - all I do is GUESS(*wink*). I was about to post the
cover of
WWE SVR 2010 here (my own design, of course *wink*), and THQ revealed it a few hours back. Then, I was about to post how awkward I feel knowing .... ahem - GUESSING the ending of
Assassin's Creed 2, and its creative director, Patrice Desilets
hinted some of that stuff, around 12 hours back. Minerva says, "the rest is up to you, Desmond". Doomsdaaayyy!
But I'm not that worried - I'm just an expert GUESSER(*wink*). Now what should I guess about - Tomb Raider 9? Far Cry 3? Crysis 2? Hitman 5? Max Payne 3? Crackdown 2? Mafia II? Just Cause 2? Or maybe Call of Duty 7(please name it Black Ops, Activision!)? Or maybe a new IP altogether? How about some massive, unannounced sequels?
Not today. Today, I'll go for some recent history - E3. Amazingly, I had GUESSED almost every announcement made in the conferences. Except one game, Left 4 Dead 2. I was never good at GUESSING info about Valve. Yeah, I had GUESSED(*wink*) about Natal, Metal Gear, FF XIV, Crackdown 2 and all the rest.
But publishers and developers need not worry, even if I MAKE UP some amazing, exciting fiction, I won't bore others by typing it up. Just a few small hints(from my stories, of course *wink*) here and there.

P.S. - 11.10.09 sounds cool doesn't it? Sadly, 11.09.10 doesn't sound as cool. But nothing's exact. Somethings especially not - game release dates, for example. It's not viable to predict them one or two years back, as they can change rather quickly. In any case, game release dates have nothing to do with 11.09.10 sounding cool, do they?
